Valandingham claims NHRA Jr. Dragster King of the Track title
The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway presented "Night of Destruction" Saturday, featuring monster trucks, jet cars, Fuel Altereds, Alcohol Funny Cars and fireworks. While legendary monster trucks Bigfoot and Snakebite took center stage, Tony Santos, Robin Harris, Ron Winters, Kahea Woods, Bill Dudley and Ryan Valandingham all shared the spotlight as final-round bracket-racing winners.

Kahea Woods faced Russell Odegaard in the motorcycle final. Once again, the better reaction time was the key to victory as Wood defeated Odegaard for the title.

On Friday, June 18, The Strip will host a Test 'n' Tune session, followed by BFGoodrich Midnight Mayhem from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Midnight Mayhem is The Strip's safe alternative to illegal street racing and this summer kickoff party will feature a $500-to-win bikini contest, as well as hip-hop DJs, a car show hosted by Euro Entertainment and midway attractions.
