The fourth annual AutoZone Super Chevy Show returns to The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Nov. 21-23. Last year, nearly 20,000 participants and spectators came to The Strip to celebrate everything Chevrolet, and with added attractions for the 2003 event, this year promises to be even bigger.
AutoZone Super Chevy Shows offer one of the most exciting professional shows in motorsports, featuring 230 mph ¿Nitro Coupes.¿ Exclusive to Super Chevy Shows, Nitro Coupes are powered by supercharged Chevrolet racing engines, burning $30-per-gal. nitromethane fuel. These are the world¿s fastest ¿doorslammer¿ drag racing machines.
Forty-foot flames, billowing smoke and sonic boom-like noise will mark the 300-mph JET CAR SHOOTOUT as the drivers ride a fountain of fire on the quarter mile track.
Bob Hall, a 30 ¿ year veteran of exhibition racing, will thrill the crowd with his wheelstanding Chevy Astro Mini Van, running the quarter-mile at 150 mph - on the rear wheels!

There are classes for Sportsman bracket racers that make it possible for every type of vehicle to race competitively, with large cash awards and national recognition for winners and runners-up. - Spectator tickets are $20 Saturday or Sunday, or $30 for Saturday and Sunday combined.
